John Cronin… The millionaire maker of crazy socks!

John Cronin and his New York City-based family kept thinking about the work that he would join after completing his studies, as he is one of Down syndrome heroes so the job opportunities for him are limited.

However, John rebelled against this reality and decided to enter the labor market from its most luxurious doors, which is the “Businessmen door”!!

He decided to establish a factory through which he would produce “socks”. He decided to produce them in distinctive forms that no one had ever seen before.. He called them “John Cronin’s crazy socks”!

He created an online store and a page on Facebook for this project, and received the first batch of orders. Cronin decided to deliver the orders himself inside a cheerful red box inside which the socks were carefully wrapped with a piece of candy!

People interacted with him, and his pictures spread on social media. His factory’s sakes rose at great rates. Since the establishment of his factory in 2016, his sales increased to more than 7 million dollars annually. His “socks” were worn by celebrities such as George Bush, the father, the former US president, the famous world actress Eva Longoria, And Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

John Cronin’s factory employs dozens of workers, including many of his friends with Down syndrome who carry out leadership tasks inside it. Despite all that, Cronin is no more than 24 years old!

There is hope … God created us equal in this world… and we have the same chances of success … but some of us may need someone to guide them on the path.
